QULAIFICATIONS:
FOR POST 1:
B.Sc. Nursing (12th Sci + 4 years). WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OF COMPUTERS, MEDICAL INVENTORY, EQUIPMENT HANDLING. PHARMACY, LAB TECHNICIAN WORK, X-RAY TECHNICIAN WORK.
EXPERICENCE: MINIMUM 3 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
FOR POST 2:
First Class M.Sc (Chemistry) preferably inAnalytical Chemistry

First Class B.Sc (Chemistry) with NCTVT (Laboratory Assistant - Chemical Plant).
EXPERIENCE: Relevant experience as Lab Analyst in Refining/ Petroleum / Petrochemical / Power / Lube /
Chemical Industry / Manufacturing Unit of repute
PAY SCALES:
FOR POST 1:
a)Selected candidates will be placed in Grade “8” with startingbasic of Rs.14,000/- p.m. (Scale of Pay: Rs.14,000 – 44,500)
b)Total CTC at the minimum of the scale for Grade 8 will be approximately Rs.7.2 Lakhs per annum inclusive of perks,allowances & benefits like Medical Reimbursement, LFA, PF, Gratuity, Leave and Leave Encashment, Ex-gratia, Bonus / PLIB, etc admissible as per rules
FOR POST 2:
a)Selected candidates will be placed in Grade “7” with starting basic of Rs.13,800/- p.m. (Scale of Pay: Rs.13,800 – 41,000)
b)Total CTC at the minimum of the scale for Grade 7 will be approximately Rs.7 Lakhs per annum inclusive of perks, allowances & benefits like Medical Reimbursement, LFA, PF, Gratuity, Leave and Leave Encashment, Ex-gratia, Bonus / PLIB, etc admissible as per rules.
AGE LIMIT: Maximum 30 years as on 01.05.2014. Relax
able by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for
OBC (NCL) candidates
