Centre for Personnel Talent Management (CEPTAM) is a corporate body of DRDO (Defence Research and Development Organization (an agency of the Republic of India)).
In DRDO, CEPTAM have Independent Chairman and Director as its Administrative Head.
CEPTAM was formerly established as Personnel Assesment Centre (PEACE) in November 1995.
CEPTAM includes Recruitment of Technical, Administrative & Allied category of Non-Gazetted personnel, Assesment of DRTC officers & Staff, and Facilitates Training for development of these cadre as per Training Policy of DRDO.
