Railway Recruitment Boards has Released the Detailed Centralized Employment Notification CEN 03/2018 Regarding Recruitment of various Posts in RRB 2019 as follow:
Junior Engineer (JE), Junior Engineer (Information Technology), Depot Superintendent (DMS) and Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant (CMA)
Important Dates:
Notification: 29.12.2018
Opening Of Online Registration: at 1000hrs 02.01.2019
Closing of Online Registration: at 23:59 hrs 31.01.2019
Applications for RRB 2019 also facilitates both online and Offline Payments
Closing Date of Offline Payments: @1300hrs 04.02.2019
Closing Date of Online Payments: @ 2200hrs 05.02.2019
1st Stage computer Based Test: Tentatively Scheduled during April/May, 2019.
Note: Dates for CBTs of Recruitment process shall be intimated through Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) websites.
Pay Scale:
Scale of Pay for Junior Engineer(JE) , Junior Engineer (Information Technology) , Depot Material Superintendent (DMS) and Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant (CMA): Level 06 (RSRP 7th CPC pay Matrix) with Initial pay of Rs. 35400/- Plus other Allowances admissible at that time.

Un-Reserved Category: 02.01.1986.
OBC-Non Creamy Layer: 02.01.1983.
SC/ST: 02.01.1981.

Examination Pattern:
Stages of Examination: there shall be 2 Stages Computer based Test (CBT) for the Recruitment process.
Candidates from First stage will be shortlisted for 2nd stage CBT. And the same will be informed on Official websites of RRBs and the selected candidates may be informed via Email to Download their e-Call letter for appearing in the 2nd stage.
Negative Marking :
1/3rd of the mark allotted for Each Question shall be deducted for each Wrong Answer.
Electronic Gadgets including even wrist Watches , pen/Pencil, Wallet/Purses, Metallic Ornaments are strictly NOT allowed inside Examination Hall.
Examination fee:
Candidates Applying for the post in the CEN 03/2018 of RRB vacancy 2018 2019 have to pay Prescribed fee as below category wise.
Regular Fee: 500/-
For candidates belonging to SC/ST/ Ex-Servicemen/ PwBDs /Females / Transgender / Minorities / Economically Backward Class: 250/-
This fee of Rs 250/- Shall be refunded duly deducting bank Charges as Applicable, on Appearing in 1st stage CBT.
Recruitment Process:
1st Stage CBT (Common for All Posts of this Notifications).
Duration : 90 minutes (120 minutes for PwBD candidates.
Total No. Of Questions: 100.
Mathematics : 30 for 30 marks.
General Intelligence & Reasoning: 25 for 25 marks.
General Awareness: 15 for 15 marks
General Science: 30 for 30 marks
2nd Stage CBT :
Shortlisted candidates from 1st stage CBT exam will be eligible for 2nd stage.
Duration: 120 Minutes (160 minutes for eligible PwBD candidates.
Total 150 Questions will be there.
Objective type MCQ
General Awareness , physics, Chemistry , Basics of Computer and Applications, Basics of Environment and pollution control will be Common for All.
General Awareness: 15 for 15 marks
Physics & Chemistry: 15for 15 marks
Basics of Computer and Applications: 10 for 10 marks.
Basics Environment and Pollution control: 10 for 10 marks.
Technical Abilities: 100 for 100 Marks.
